- Reserved seating for you, and those in your group all night (6pm-12am), in the exclusive VIP-PLUS Lounge.
- Private entertainment in VIP-PLUS Lounge
- Exclusive buffet stations at the VIP Mixer (6pm-8pm)
- Private VIP open bar in the VIP-PLUS Lounge (6pm-12am)
- * Note: The VIP-PLUS Lounge is only accessible to those who have both a Platinum VIP Ticket, and a VIP Upgrade Wristband (see below for details)
How to purchase and access your VIP Upgrades – step-by-step:
- First, everyone in your group must purchase a Platinum VIP Ticket.
- A designated “group leader” purchases a VIP Upgrade Package(s) for your group, based on the number of people in the group.
- There are two VIP Upgrade Packages to choose from:
- VIP Upgrade (4-Seat Package): Includes reserved seating and upgrade amenities for 4 people
- VIP Upgrade (6-Seat Package): Includes reserved seating and upgrade amenities for 6 people
- Everyone in the group uses their Platinum VIP Ticket to enter the event at the main entrance.
- Once inside the event, the group leader redeems the Upgrade Package Ticket(s) for wristbands, which he/she distributes to the group.
- You and your friends have the time of your lives!
Example: If you have a group of 10 people:
- You purchase 10 Platinum VIP Tickets.
- You purchase one 4-Seat Upgrade Package and one 6-Seat Upgrade Package.
- Each person uses their Platinum VIP ticket to enter the event.
- At the event, your group leader redeems the Upgrade Package Tickets for 10 wristbands, granting access to the VIP PLUS Lounge.
VIP Upgrade Packages
Elevate your Platinum VIP experience with our VIP UPGRADE PACKAGES, designed for those who want reserved seating and exclusive perks all night long. Whether you already have PLATINUM VIP Tickets, or are in the process of purchasing PLATINUM VIP Tickets, you can now upgrade your already magical evening, with a VIP UPGRADE Package.
With a VIP UPGRADE Package, you and your friends will enjoy:
- Reserved seating in exclusive VIP-PLUS LOUNGE all night (6p-12a)
- Access to private entertainment and a separate buffet during the VIP Mixer.
- A private bar, available all night long.
Important Instructions:
- Only Platinum VIP Ticket holders are eligible to purchase VIP Upgrade Packages.
- The purchaser will receive an Upgrade Package Ticket, which that person will redeem for the appropriate number of wristbands at the event. Each wristband grants access to the VIP-PLUS Lounge.
- Everyone who wishes to enter the VIP-PLUS Lounge must also present their Platinum VIP Ticket for entry into the event.
VIP Upgrade Package Tickets are very limited.
FAQs about VIP Upgrades:
YES. The VIP Upgrade Packages are an add-on to the Platinum VIP Tickets. In other words, you need to purchase Platinum VIP Tickets, AND VIP Upgrades if you and your group wish to enjoy the benefits of the VIP Upgrade. You can purchase the VIP Upgrade Packages at the same time you purchase the VIP Platinum tickets, or later on as a separate purchase. However, there are very limited Upgrade Packages available, and they will sell out quickly.
No, reserved seating is only available with the VIP Upgrade, which requires a Platinum VIP Ticket.
No, VIP Upgrade services/amenities are only available to Platinum VIP Ticket holders who also have the VIP Upgrade wristband.
In that case you would need to purchase the number of VIP Upgrade Packages to cover the number of guests you have. For example: If you have 11 people in your group, the Group Leader would purchase two 6-seat Upgrade Packages. We cannot customize the number of seats in a package.
First, make sure all your group members have Platinum VIP Tickets. Then, the group leader can purchase the appropriate VIP Upgrade Package(s). There will be signage on the reserved tables in the VIP PLUS Lounge, with the Group Leader’s name.
